1. Data collected
Scolaris only collects data necessary for operating the platform: name, email, student ID, grades, absences and payment information. No sensitive data (religion, ethnicity, health) is collected without explicit consent.
2. Use of data
Your data is used exclusively to operate Scolaris services: school management, school-family communications, report card generation and educational analysis by Oracle AI. It is never resold to third parties.
3. School-level isolation
Each school has a completely isolated data space. Data from one school is never accessible by another school or by users outside the school.
4. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is protected by secure authentication. Automatic daily backups are performed on geographically distributed servers.
5. User rights
You have the right to access, rectify, export and request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@scolarisapp.com. All requests are processed within 30 days.
6. Cookies
Scolaris only uses functional cookies essential for authentication and sessions. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
7. Hosting
Data is hosted on secure servers located within the European Union. We use certified infrastructure that ensures high availability and optimal data protection, in full compliance with GDPR requirements.

9. Deleting your account
You can request the deletion of your account at any time, from the mobile app (Settings → Security → Your data → Delete my account) or by writing to support@scolarisapp.com from the account's e-mail address with the subject “Account deletion”. The request is forwarded to your school's administration, which approves it within 30 days. Your personal data (identity, contact details, avatar, messages, preferences) is then deleted. Documents the school must keep under its legal obligations (report cards, attendance registers, payment receipts) are retained as school archives, with no account attached. You can also export all your data from the same screen before deletion.
