1. Platform conduct

All users agree to behave respectfully toward other members of the school community. Offensive, discriminatory or threatening messages are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

2. Student data usage

Student data is confidential and reserved for educational and administrative purposes. Sharing personal student information outside the school context or for commercial purposes is prohibited.

3. Access and credentials

Each user is responsible for the security of their credentials. Account sharing is prohibited. In case of compromise, the user must immediately change their password and contact Scolaris support.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

Scolaris acts exclusively as a technical intermediary (payment gateway) to facilitate the collection of school fees. Scolaris does not hold, store, or manage any funds, which are transferred directly to the educational institutions' bank accounts. Consequently, Scolaris cannot be held liable for refunds. Any refund request or dispute must be addressed directly to the relevant school within 7 days of the transaction. The 1% service fee charged by Scolaris is non-refundable.

5. Published content

Principals and teachers are responsible for content they publish on the platform (assignments, announcements, report cards). Scolaris cannot be held responsible for content errors submitted by schools.

6. Oracle AI — Responsible use

Oracle AI analyses and suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. Educational and administrative decisions remain the sole responsibility of the teaching staff. AI does not replace human judgment.

7. Sanctions

Violation of these regulations may result in: warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Modifications

Scolaris reserves the right to modify these regulations. Users will be notified by email at least 15 days before changes take effect.
