Delete your Scolaris account

This page explains how to delete your account yourself, what happens immediately, what is erased after 30 days, and what the school keeps.

1. How to delete your account

On the web, sign in at scolarisapp.com, then Settings → Profile tab → “Delete my account” section. In the app, open Settings → “My account” group → “Delete my account”. In both cases, type the confirmation word you are asked for. Nobody else has to step in: you do it yourself, without going through support.

2. What happens immediately

As soon as you confirm, your access is cut off: every session is closed on every device, you can no longer sign in, and you stop receiving notifications.

3. Thirty days to change your mind

The account is not erased on the spot: it is erased permanently after 30 days. During that time, signing back in with your password cancels the deletion and restores everything. After the 30 days, there is no way back.

4. What is permanently erased

Your identity (name, email, phone number, photo), your login credentials, your preferences and your personal activity history.

5. What remains, and why

The school's records — grades, report cards, attendance registers and accounting entries — stay in place. They belong to the institution, which is legally answerable for them, not to your account: they are kept anonymised, with no remaining link to your identity.

6. If you run a school

If you are the last director or promoter of an institution, the request is refused: a school without a manager can no longer enrol, grade or collect payments. Hand over first — appoint another director or promoter — then delete your account.

Delete my account

To protect your account, deletion can only be started once you are signed in.
