1. Purpose
These terms define the rights and obligations of Scolaris and its users when using the Scolaris school management platform available at scolarisapp.com.
2. Access to service
Access to Scolaris is reserved for valid schools and their members. Any registration is subject to validation by the Scolaris team. A free 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
3. Pricing
The school subscription is available in 3 plans after the 14-day free trial period: Starter at $19/month, Pro at $49/month, and Enterprise at $89/month. The parent subscription is $1/child/month, capped at $5 per family. A 1% commission is charged on school fee payments made through the platform.
4. User obligations
Users agree to provide accurate information, not to share their credentials, not to use the platform for illegal purposes, and to respect the privacy of other members of their school community.
5. Intellectual property
Scolaris is a protected trademark. The code, design, content and features of the platform are the exclusive property of their creators. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Availability
Scolaris commits to maintaining 99.9% uptime on an annual basis. Planned maintenance interruptions may occur with prior notice. In case of incident, the team commits to restoring service as quickly as possible.
7. Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. No refund is issued for the current period. Data is kept for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of liability
Scolaris shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Scolaris' total liability is limited to the amount paid during the last 3 months.
9. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by general principles of private international law. In the event of any dispute regarding the use of the Scolaris platform, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in accordance with the laws applicable to the company's registered office.
